Go to the login page and enter your venue name and email address. Tap Get My Magic Link.

You'll see a green confirmation: "Your queue is ready! Check your email for a login link."

Check your inbox for an email with subject Your Qaway Staff Login Link. Click the link to open your Staff Panel.

This is your control centre. At the top you'll find two collapsible settings panels:

• Venue Settings — change your venue name
• Customer Queue (QR) — get your QR code and share link

Below that is the Current Queue — always visible, showing all your active orders.

Open Customer Queue (QR) in your Staff Panel to reveal your unique QR code and link. You can:

• Print for Counter — opens a ready-to-print card
• Download PNG — save the QR image to your device
• Copy URL — share the link via WhatsApp, social media, etc.

When a customer scans your QR code, they land on your live queue board. They can see who's being prepared and who's ready for pickup — all in real time.

The board updates automatically every 15 seconds. No refresh needed, no app to download. At the bottom there's a Join the Queue button for when they want to place an order.

After tapping Join the Queue, a pop-up asks "What's your name?". They type their first name and tap Add me.

They instantly see a confirmation with their queue number. From here they just watch the board — their order will move from Preparing to Ready when you tap Mark Ready in your Staff Panel.

New orders appear automatically in your Staff Panel with the customer's name, queue number, and waiting time.

• When the food is ready, tap Mark Ready — the customer sees their name move to the green Ready zone
• When they pick up, tap Picked Up — they disappear from the queue
• Made a mistake? Tap Back to Preparing to move them back
• Need to remove someone? Tap Remove

Orders are colour-coded by wait time: green (fresh), orange (5+ min), red (10+ min).
